Senior System Analyst, ERP Applications (FICO & PS)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling and Project System (FICO&PS) expert to join our dynamic ERP application team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in both maintaining our existing SAP ECC 6.0 environment and driving the finance aspects of our upcoming ERP transformation. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO&PS modules, including best practices, business processes, technical expertise and their integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Current System Support (SAP ECC 6.0)

• Perform the role as subject matter expert for SAP FICO&PS
• Ensure the stability and performance of SAP FICO&PS modules by managing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing patches, enhancements and change requests
• Engage with business stakeholders, translating function specifications to technical solutions
• Handle integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) as well as integration with other external systems
• Lead and participate in projects related to the current SAP system.
• Ensure standards are adhered and compliant to GRC control procedures
• Manage external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to
• Optimize existing SAP processes and recommend improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

• Participate in the end-to-end planning and execution of the ERP transformation project
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design and implement new financial system and functionalities that meet business requirements
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure transformation meets business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the new system meets all technical specifications and business needs
• Validate scope, evaluate IT risk, and cost factors in projects and operations.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SAP FICO&PS modules, with excellent techno-functional knowledge of the SAP FICO&PS modules.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems, standards, and processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, internal IT teams and vendor.
• Proven ability to support the design, customization, configuration, development, testing and hyper care of SAP FICO&PS enhancements and integration with other modules and systems.
• Proven experience with SAP Support Operations
