As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, designing robust software solutions, and leading technical development efforts. Job Description

• System Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, analyze existing systems, and create detailed specifications that align with business goals.
• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications (ASP.NET, C#, MVC), ensuring code quality, scalability, and seamless API/database integration.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• System Maintenance: Optimize application performance, security, and usability while monitoring and resolving production issues.
• Innovation: Stay updated on .NET technologies, evaluate new tools, and recommend improvements to system architecture and processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, C#, MS SQL, Visual Studio, and GIT/SVN version control.
• Qualities: Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years (preferably 8+) of relevant experience.
