Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong system analysis and technical leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and optimizing system performance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and team members, you’ll ensure our applications meet business goals and technical standards.

Job Description

• System Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, analyze existing systems, and create detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#, MVC). Write clean, reusable code and integrate systems with APIs and databases (SQL Server).
• Project Leadership: Provide guidance to junior developers, collaborate with the Lead Analyst and cross-functional teams, estimate timelines, and review code for quality assurance.
• System Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and maintain applications to enhance performance, security, and usability. Resolve system bugs and production issues efficiently.
• Technology Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools, evaluate new solutions, and recommend process improvements to strengthen our systems and architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in:HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, C#, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Version control systems (GIT, SVN).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Preferably 8+ years (minimum 6 years) in .NET development and system analysis.
