Prepare and maintain Goods Inspection Records (GIR) and Quality Control (QC) reports.
Verify shipments against purchase orders to identify any discrepancies, including over-shipments or short-shipments.
Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Note any rejected items upon receipt, document the reasons for rejection, and record them on the Delivery Order (D.O.).
Issue Goods Return Notes for rejected items and coordinate with suppliers for their collection. Ensure relevant departments (e.g., Purchasing/Accounts) are notified to initiate debit notes.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Unpack, label, and store goods appropriately for work-in-progress or stock purposes.
Monitor stock levels and inform purchasing personnel when replenishment is required at reorder levels.
Issue materials to workshop and production teams as needed.
Collaborate with production personnel to prepare material requisition forms.
Supervise and guide assistant storekeepers.
Manage delivery duties if assigned.
Operate machinery such as forklifts for loading, unloading, and arranging goods for storage.
Maintain proper filing and recording of documents.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
Follow procedures outlined in the Quality Management System to ensure effective implementation and control.
Job Requirements
GCE O Level with 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing warehouse
Commitment to safe handling and storage of materials.
Possess forklift license is an added advantage

Salary: Up to SGD 2,800+ AWS + VB (1-2 Months)
Working Location: Tuas Crescent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:45pm
