Job Scope

• Execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints.
• Promote good clinical care through specific tasks and projects.
• Manage medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, and the claims process.
• Oversee medical malpractice coverage renewal and administration.
• Lead medico-legal education and communication efforts.
• Serve as Secretariat for the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC).
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Business.
