Senior/ Staff Nurse (Renal Discipline)

Salary: Depending on last drawn and experience

Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: Rotating Shifts/ 5 days work week

Responsibilities

Responsible for the specialised and cost effective care of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) patients in their home-based therapy

Conducting clinical teaching, supervising and evaluating patients, planning and making home visits of patients and carrying out PD community support initiatives.

Train and induct new PD staff when necessary to prepare them for their professional role.

Requirements

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

Post Basic or Advanced Diploma qualifications in renal nursing or its equivalent will be an advantage

Relevant working experience in PD or dialysis centre setting for at least 3 years

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

A team player and a keen learner who is able to work independently

Proficient in MS Office

Office hours, 5 days

Salary comensurates with relevant experience
