Job description

Job Scope

Execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints.
Promote good clinical care through specific tasks and projects.
Manage medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, and the claims process.
Oversee medical malpractice coverage renewal and administration.
Lead medico-legal education and communication efforts.
Serve as Secretariat for the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC).
Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Business.
