Senior / Staff Nurse - Day Ward #HJT

Job Scope

• Patient Care - Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after their treatments or procedures in the Day Ward.
• Procedure Support - Assist with minor procedures, provide patient education, and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
• Monitoring & Observation - Track vital signs, observe patients’ recovery, and provide necessary interventions during their stay in the Day Ward.
• Discharge Preparation - Prepare patients for discharge, provide post-care instructions, and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Collaboration - Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Singapore Nursing Board registered
