About the team:

The Sr. SQA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies. This role requires the ability to find high-impacting and complex defects that improve product quality. A strong foundation in software testing principles and leadership of a team of testers is essential.

What you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project managers to understand requirements and identify potential areas for testing.
• Lead a test team in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans for various software projects, including mobile apps and web applications.
• Design and execute product testing plans, including functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing.
• Design and implement test cases to ensure full coverage of product functions and user scenarios.
• Conduct vulnerability testing and compliance testing to ensure data security.
• Construct automation testing frameworks (such as Robot, Selenium, JMeter) using scripting languages (such as Shell, Python, Ansible) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in root cause analysis of software defects and collaborate on solutions to resolve them.
• Utilize common project and code management tools, such as GIT, JIRA, and Confluence, to report project status through statistical data and dashboards.

How you will stand out:

• Passionate about tracking the latest testing technologies and tools to continuously improve testing capabilities and efficiency.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++/Java/Golang is preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Understanding of containerization and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• More than 6 years of SQA work experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety and noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows for flexible remote work where necessary.
