Senior/ Spring Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate tools on the machine based on the scheduled production plan, ensuring smooth operations.
• Operate and monitor the Spring/Forming machine efficiently to meet planned production targets.
• Collaborate with the QA team to verify setup accuracy and maintain quality control throughout production.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and maintain records in accordance with work instructions.
• Retrieve and prepare required materials according to production orders to support daily operations.
• Manage material changes, accurately log inventory movements, and ensure proper documentation.
• Complete production orders, return unused materials, and maintain updated records of machine performance, utilization, and defects.
• Follow customer guidelines on speed, lubrication, packaging, and batch sizes to meet production process specifications.
• Ensure that all materials and tools required for production are adequately stocked before setup.
• Comply with safety protocols, such as wearing gloves during coil changes, to maintain a secure working environment.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the management or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in machine operation, particularly in spring or forming machines, is preferred.
• Ability to follow production schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Adherence to workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
