Senior Speech & Language Therapist

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large since October 2011. THKMC offers assistance through more than 60 programmes and services aimed at the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children, reaching over 55,000 people in the community.

Responsibilities

THK Therapy Service Division (TS) delivers occupational, physiotherapy, and speech language therapy services, adopting a holistic client- and family-centered care approach. TS collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to meet the needs of clients from pediatric to geriatric.

1. Provide therapy services related to speech, language, swallowing/feeding, fluency, and voice for pediatric and/or adult populations.
2. Responsible for assessment, intervention provision, and management of assigned caseload.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore, or passing the Qualifying Examinations recognized by AHPC.

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, hard-working, and proactive.
2. High proficiency in English.
3. 3 or more years of active clinical/professional practice experience.
4. Strong desire to maintain high professional standards for quality service and professionalism.
