Senior Specialist - Transfer Pricing

Job Description

You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing transfer pricing (“TP”) matters.

1. Responsible for the Group’s TP matters for the countries where the group operates.
2. Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentation are in place.
3. Assist with any TP queries/audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams.
4. Actively monitor, research and analyze any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory/tax developments.
5. Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation.
6. Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions, etc.
7. Responsible for the Group’s Country-by-Country Report (“CbCR”) filing and local notifications.
8. Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects related to TP.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields.
2. CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing department and/or MNC in-house tax department handling Transfer Pricing or a combination.
4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
5. Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
6. Passionate about new challenges and highly adaptable to a dynamic working environment.
7. Able to research and manage projects independently.
