Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process sourcing, screening, offering and providing interview evaluations and tracking the status of the candidates.
Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and raise the Job Requisition in the ATS to commence the hiring process.
Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments.
Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data.
Manage resumes received; ensure applicants' information are updated in the ATS.
Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track outcomes.
Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates; ensuring good candidates' experience.
Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards.
Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offers to candidates; ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal guidelines.
Participate and support recruitment activities and events.
Prepare and generate reports as required.
Support the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with the strategies and work-plans for the team.
Perform any other jobs as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Human Resources with an international hotel chain or Hospitality Industry. Applicants should have prior experience as a recruitment consultant and those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role.
Prior experience in recruiting for F&B/non-executive related roles will be an advantage.
Possess excellent knowledge of local hiring practices, trends, employment laws / legislations and labor market.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, motivated, proactive and with a proven track record.
Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Proficient in statistical analysis and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Applicants who are familiar or have knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday will have an advantage for the role.
