Job Description
In your new role you will:

  1. Key interface to Business Division and Operation Scheduling & Dispatching team on accurate delivery commitment, with focus on Quarter-end Revenue fulfilment.
  2. Commit and fulfil Lean Planning Production Program 26 weeks demand; Weekly Back End Short Term (BEST) demand confirmation with 2nd level capacity check on demand structure changes.
  3. Drive for demand fulfilment to meet customer orders and achieve delivery KPIs (CLIP, Range, Utilization, COR/COP, Chip shortage, Fastrack fulfilment).
  4. Collaborate with various BE Sites & OSAT counterparts on demand requirement, to achieve loading optimization and delivery accuracy.
  5. Engage with Business Division Demand Planners, Capacity/Resource Planners with regards to Volume Rolling Forecast, capacity optimization and volume/eqpt transfer roadmaps.
  6. Manage WIP cycle-time & loose lots disposition to eliminate aging WIPs within operation.
  7. Enhance competence and expertise in specific technical areas, drive improvements in digitalization / automation to improve productivity and efficiency.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  1. Min. Bachelor Degree Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Min. 3 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor industry.
  3. Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
  4. Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
  5. Strong analytical, communication and time management skills.
  6. Knowledge in SAP / programming skills / data analytics will be added advantage.
