As a Senior Sourcing & Procurement Manager (Head of Sourcing & Procurement), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the sourcing and procurement strategy for products and services, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational goals.
• Oversee agreements across all trade classes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and participation in competitive bidding processes.
• Manage the budget process for the procurement team, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
• Monitor market conditions to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Identify and support the creation of thought leadership materials (publications, presentations, webinars) that align with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to stakeholders, leveraging insights to enhance decision-making processes.
• Develop and negotiate agreements that provide unique value to stakeholders while adhering to organizational frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement strategies meet their needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the execution of projects, particularly those involving sourcing integration efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Take on any other projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational goals.
• Create and deliver impactful, future-focused presentations for executive leadership and internal groups, addressing multiple strategic areas.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• At least 5 years of experience required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions, specifically with healthcare and service industries preferred.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
