Senior/ Software QA Engineer

Workplace: Ang Mo Kio

Job Description:

1. Manage the QA and QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems meet the customer quality requirements
2. Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of project work products to ensure finished product quality
3. Conduct internal quality audits
4. Collect and compile statistical quality data
5. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
6. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
7. Develop, monitor, and recommend preventive actions
8. Investigate customer complaints and issues
9. Assist in drafting QA policies and procedures
10. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
11. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

1. Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
2. Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle
3. Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance
4. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 would be advantageous
