Job Description:

1. Design, develop and maintain software applications that will provide protection of information.
2. Work with engineering and product teams to ensure the software meets the requirements.
3. Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code using best practices such as unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, etc.
4. Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation.
5. Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivating team cohesiveness & teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a development role and experience in leading a team.
• Experience in C/C++, C#, Java.
• Good team communication and management skills.
• Strong logical thinking skills.
• Understanding of computer architecture, networking, data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of encryption, tunneling or information security is an added advantage.
• Experience in Software Development Life-Cycle. Experience in Secure Software Development Life-Cycle is an added advantage.
• Experience in architecting a solution is an added advantage.
