Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain software solutions to meet project requirements and company objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, implement, and successfully deploy flawless software systems.
3. Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to guarantee code quality and adherence to standard methodologies.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Strictly follow established SOPs and procedures to maintain a high standard of work.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
7. Lead a small team to complete software development projects.

Essential Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages and tools.
3. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine effective solutions quickly.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
5. Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
6. Proven background in core Java & JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of common data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design, and algorithms used in programming.
2. Good understanding of web stack technologies is desired.
3. Previous experience of developing web applications using front-end technologies like Angular, React, VueJS, and Electron is a plus.
4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage high priority tasks and adapt to changes in priorities.
5. Experience using source control (i.e., GitHub) and CI/CD.
6. A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and excellence.
