Job Description:

Collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

Optimizing backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implementing security measures to protect sensitive user and application data.

Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers to help them grow their skills and expertise.

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a backend development engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
