Senior Software Developer

We’re looking for Senior Software Developers to join our team and take charge of delivering scalable, high-quality applications.

This role combines technical excellence with the opportunity to guide and inspire teams while driving impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, robust software solutions.
2. Transform UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, functional React applications.
3. Develop application logic, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient workflows.
4. Manage end-to-end application deployments, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and release management.
5. Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring developers and enforcing best practices in SDLC.
6. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.

Requirements:

(A) Technical Skills:

1. Expertise in React, Axios, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases, and Tailwind CSS.
2. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with practical experience across all stages—from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
3. Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
4. Proficiency in working with design tools like Figma to create seamless user interfaces.
5. Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

(B) Professional Experience:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably in fast-paced startups or agile environments.
2. Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
3. Practical knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
