Senior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseeing multiple sites and providing guidance and support to Site Supervisor as needed.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to implement and monitor safety measures, conducting incident investigations if required.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address any technical issues and recommend improvements.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure their efficient utilization.
• Any other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Possess a certificate with at least 5 years of experience in site supervisionwithin the building construction industry, or has relevant experience in the local construction industry.
• Able to work well with foreign workers.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English.
