A leading provider of products and services in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as a Senior Service Engineer (MRI equipment).

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, repairs and field change orders/installations for MRI equipment through the proper use of MRI tools.
• Close liaison with customers via phone/email/on-site support – understands, troubleshoots and provides solutions to customer issues regarding MRI equipment.
• Maintain positive customer relations by carrying out non-service visits/meetings.
• Submit required paperwork to service/accounting/operations for records.
• Prompt escalation of critical issues to management and provide close follow-up with customers to resolve issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues with regards to MRI equipment.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.
• Provide support to clients in Singapore and the assigned region in SEA to install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and also online support to field engineers as a Regional MRI technical expert for MRI equipment specifically and other products in general.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in repairing and troubleshooting of Superconductive MRI Systems.
• Able to handle equipment and tools physically up to 10 kilograms and be able to stand for long hours during on-site repairs/preventive maintenance of equipment.
