Senior Service Engineer (Analyzer System)

Adecco is partnering with a leading provider of industrial automation and process solutions, specializing in advanced analyzer systems for critical industries. We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join their dynamic service team! The successful candidate will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing analyzer systems to ensure high performance and reliability across various client sites.

The company operates across key industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Water Treatment, and Pharmaceuticals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Support to regional Service Team for escalated service cases for our company's products and Analyzer systems.
• Effective communication with Global Response Center and others for escalated cases and solutions.
• Online technical support, Customer visit across Region for unresolved cases.
• Developing technical documents for Service Team's competency development.
• Support Service business development activities.
