Job scope
Troubleshoot printer hardware, software, and troubleshooting processes for various printer models.
Familiarity with the latest printing technologies, including laser, inkjet, multifunction printers, ink tank system printers, dot matrix printers, POS printers, projectors, and scanners.
Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with team members, customers, and upper management.
Experience in a technical or engineering role, particularly in a printer service environment, is often required.
