Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Develop/Implement security strategies in accordance with HQ policies to protect against security risks
Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and coordinating with security personnel/vendors.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments; recommend security improvements, corrective and preventive measures
Manage security systems, including surveillance, access control, visitor management and coordinate safety protocols across departments.
Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors
Support audits, prepare security related documentation, respond to security incidents/breaches and assist with emergency response plans or additional projects
Liaise with local authorities and stay updated on regulations and industry trends
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or equivalent
4-6 years of experience in security management
Experience in managing physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems will have added advantageous
Strong knowledge of security regulations, Workplace Safety and Health guidelines, related compliance standards
