Senior Section Manager (Product Engineering)

Job Description:

1. Lead and manage a team of Engineers to support & drive product yield/D0 improvement during new product introduction (first Si success) and mass production ramp;
2. Develop and upgrade the technical capabilities of direct reportee & coordinate new-hire trainings in the department + performance evaluation & appraisals;
3. Manpower resources planning & allocation;
4. Plan and control the use of various budgets in the section + FA lab;
5. Responsible to trigger, lead and drive low yield events analysis and risk assessment with INT/modules/QA;
6. Drive and follow up for DRC verification for NTOs and related product qual items with customer;
7. Interface with Customer Engineering to manage external customers strategically;
8. Participate in Process Change Review Board for product yield assessment;
9. Implement and promote the company's quality/confidentiality/work safety and other strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.
2. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
3. Good interpersonal skills and contractor management skills.
4. Experience in process/CP testing of Discrete (SGT), PMIC (BCD), and Driver IC.
5. Highly committed with good ownership and accountability.
6. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
