Senior Salesforce Developer (Omnistudio)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Omnistudio to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing Salesforce projects, designing robust architecture, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through independent code reviews and comprehensive testing processes. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on optimizing solutions tailored for the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform independent code reviews and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
2. Develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using best practices and design principles.
3. Lead Salesforce projects from inception to delivery, including architecture design and development.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions.
5. Maintain expertise in Omnistudio, including developing Omniscripts and other relevant functionalities.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and experience with Omnistudio, Omniscript, and Salesforce’s Public Sector Solution (PSS).
2. Proficiency in Salesforce development practices, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
3. Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and security model best practices.

Certifications:

1. Salesforce Platform App Builder
2. Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
3. Salesforce Platform Developer I
4. Salesforce Platform Developer II

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Omnistudio.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
