Senior, SalesForce Developer

This will be a 2-years contract position.

Responsibilities

1. Gather project requirements, analyze project objectives/goals in order to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors.
2. Create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications.
3. Engage with stakeholders to validate business requirements.
4. Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development.
5. Integrate Salesforce API with 3rd party systems and WoG components/services.
6. Ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

Experience in:

• Apex development.
• Visualforce page development.
• Lightning components development.
• 3rd party API integrations.
• Data migration through other CRM (e.g., data loader).
• Administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration).
• Designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow.
• Report & dashboard configuration.
• OmniStudio & Omni experience advantageous.

Additional Requirement

• 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Independent worker.
• Able to provide optimal solutions with good problem-solving skills.
• Effective engagement with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
