We are partnering with a global multinational company who is well-known for their molecular diagnostics solutions and laboratory products. They have a strong global presence across more than 30 countries and over 5,000 employees. Due to commercial growth in Asia, they are expanding the local sales team and are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist for the Diagnostics portfolio.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play an important role in growing your assigned territory by promoting the company's molecular diagnostics product portfolio. You will manage all pre and post-sales support and be able to confidently introduce new technologies and communicate benefits to medical laboratory professionals, physicians, and healthcare professionals. On top of day-to-day sales management, you will also provide technical product support and conduct educational programs to better engage with KOLs and customers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, and/or Biotechnology sector. Having prior experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Cytology products will be a plus. You will ideally possess a good network with laboratories, testing facilities, and public hospitals, with a good understanding of clinical and molecular guidelines.
