Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and marketing functions across multiple vertical industries:
    • Transportation & Infrastructure
    • Power, Water & Waste Utilities
    • Industrial Park Energy Management
    • Renewable Energy, Solar & BESS
    • Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers
    • Oil & Gas
  • Actively develop sales strategy and drive sales pursuit with internal stakeholders, including Business Group BG, Business Unit BU, Key Account/Relationship Managers, Vertical Market Managers, and external Consultants to provide full-fledged solutions and grow overall Solution revenues globally.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, proposal costing/sourcing and preparation, compliance, and reporting functions to drive prospect, qualifying, and developing the opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to maximize opportunities with key accounts.
  • Develop and build customer loyalty.
  • Develop and nurture channels partners and sub-contractors of the target market.
  • Collect, and analyze market intelligence on competitions, industry trends, new technology, key customers, EPCs, and OEM, to implement strategy/tactics to enhance the company's competitive advantage continually.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of regional business experience, 10 years or more in Senior leadership capacity with proven Sales & Marketing in one or more vertical industries.
  • Solid sales professional with demonstrated complex sales experience across various territories.
  • Lead and drive multi-national sales team in achieving sales objectives and targets.
  • Experience in the following is preferred:
  • EPC, MAC/MEC, ESCO Framework Agreement development
  • Solutions bundling (Electrical Systems, Instruments, Automation Systems, e-House, Energy Management System, AIOT Solutions, e-House)
  • Project Management and P&L management
  • Intimate knowledge of Operators/Owners of Transportation & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas assets, EPCs, Consultants & Installation Contractors, and sub-vendors in ASEAN, China, Korea, Japan, and the Middle East.
  • Strong reasoning ability, high energy level, strong initiative, reliability, perseverance and stability.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Accredited qualification in Business Management is an added advantage.
