Job Scope

1. Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build good relationships with key clients to maximize long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with internal teams and stay updated on market trends to refine sales strategies and drive business success.

Requirement

1. Process Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. Experience to manage a small team (3-8 pax)
3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
