Our Client is a logistics company advocating for green logistics. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Logistics).

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Actively explore the freight forward logistics market (especially ocean freight), develop and maintain new clients, and expand the business network;
2. Client Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their logistics needs, and provide efficient and professional ocean freight solutions;
3. Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company’s sales performance goals;
4. Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare competitive pricing based on market conditions and customer needs, conduct business negotiations, and close deals;
5. Market Analysis: Gather and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor information to optimize sales strategies;
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and enhance customer satisfaction.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in ocean freight logistics or freight forwarding sales, with min 3 years of team management
2. Understanding of international ocean freight processes and basic market analysis skills;
3. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities;
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated to achieve sales targets;
5. Responsible, team-oriented, and customer service-focused.
