The Role:

As Senior Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across the Southeast Asia region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and military clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the defence sector.

What My Client Is Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A military background or significant experience in the defence industry.
• A proven track record in international defence sales, ideally in the Southeast Asia market.
• A deep understanding of government procurement processes and defence contracting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge or experience in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or Drones will be highly advantageous.
