To bring new business by marketing the Dao By Dorsett name and concept and ensure the given quota/targets set on sales call, room nights, and room revenue is being met.
Procure new and repeat business by monitoring contacts with corporate accounts.
Provide support to the Assistant Director of Sales and team by participating in meetings, providing updates on potential business, assisting with client service issues, conducting property tours, etc.
Proactively drive revenue and secure business.
Anticipate and project sales forecasts and monitor market trends.
Work collaboratively with the operations team in all properties to deliver the best to all our clients.
Establish partnerships, initiate, renegotiate, and establish key accounts through annual RFP.
Ensure efficient administration of the department to support all sales activities.
Manage special projects under the direction of the Assistant Director of Sales.
Attend major sales networking and related functions.
Sell meeting space, seminars, and our related cluster properties.
Manage time effectively by scheduling each week so that you are out of the office on sales calls between prime selling hours from 9:30 to 11:30 am and 2 to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
Prepare brochures, rate sheets, and presentations prior to meetings and blitz with the Assistant Director of Sales.
