Senior Sales Manager/ BD Director (Precision Engineering) | New role

Benefits:

Job Scope:

• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, improve profit margins, and increase sales from current customers while attracting new ones.
• Engage with leads and potential customers to build and strengthen business relationships.
• Support local teams in driving business growth.
• Attend client meetings, audits, and conference calls.
• Train the sales team on CRM tools and assist them in skill development.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s expertise and share it with others.
• Review sales metrics and generate monthly sales reports.
• Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related working experience (B2B) in precision engineering (medical devices, manufacturing, semiconductor).
• Willing and able to travel overseas as required for work-related assignments and projects.
• Having a car is preferred, with car allowances provided for travel-related expenses.
• At least a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
