SENIOR SALES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive growth in our logistics and supply chain services. This role will focus on expanding our client base, developing customized logistics solutions, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in logistics and supply chain services.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in key sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring consistent performance and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain needs.
• Oversee negotiations for service agreements and pricing strategies to ensure profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to stay ahead of the curve.
• Maintain CRM systems and prepared regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations including customs, trade laws, and international shipping standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the logistics/supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
