Senior Sales Interior Designer

We are looking for a Sales Interior Design Consultant who loves great design, is passionate about interior design, and provides exceptional customer service. The most important aspect is being able to help your customers create beautiful spaces. Your creative talents will be recognized and rewarded. Key Responsibilities

1. Offer superior customer service and cultivate relationships with clients to sell and develop future business utilizing effective selling skills.
2. Responsible for creating and maintaining a client base.
3. Utilize strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, and a professional attitude, representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
4. Provide sales and design services to clientele, including house calls, presenting floor plans, and full presentation boards for design projects.
5. Ability to create a computer-based floor plan and work with design software and templates.
6. Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
7. Stay current on interior design trends in the local market and on a national level.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries.
• Provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and color scheme specifications.
• Understand customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage areas such as project costing.
• Prepare project quotations.
• Schedule workflow, ensuring smooth coordination of renovation projects.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to achieve high-quality project completion.
• Ensure the design proposed and timeline set are achieved.
