Senior/ Sales, Fashion Retail (Airport)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day duties in retail outlet to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service to sell both the products and brand.
• Build strong rapport with customers to achieve sales and store targets.
• Attend brand training and perform regular visual merchandising/display to enhance overall shop design.

Requirements:

• Passion for luxury retail is advantageous.
• 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred.
• Customer service oriented and able to commit to retail shift hours (Between 6.00am to 1am, including weekends and public holidays - Rotating duty roster).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in different outlets in the World Class Changi Airport.
