Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive (Outdoor) / Marine / Oil & Gas (West)

• Location: Pandan Road
• Salary: $4000 to $5000
• Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: 3 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assigned with customers as Key Account Executive
• Review incoming enquiries
• Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Process customer orders
• Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
• Arrange delivery of orders to customers
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Achieve sales budget / targets
• Assist colleagues during their absence
• Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree holder
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry (not a must)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed, responsible and aggressive
• Positive working attitude
• Team player
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid Class 3 driving license & possess own vehicle (preferably)
• Willing to travel overseas

Remarks:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Working location: Pandan Road

**Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
