Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Create and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth, enhance sales, and meet client expectations.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing continuous support.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to refine account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and renewals to ensure beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Analyze and report on account performance, sales data, and key metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Candidate with relevant experience in handling Home Appliances will have added advantages.
