Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (FMCG)

Our client is a local trading company specializing in FMCG products that are mainly from South Korea, Thailand, Netherlands, etc. Their products are established well in local supermarkets and they are looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to further expand their business opportunity, products, and channel.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, secure, and develop new accounts for FMCG, specific to the company's business direction and strategy.
- Meet and exceed the target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue and profitability level.
- Regularly visit existing accounts, buyers, etc., validating our service levels and developing new revenue streams.
- Conduct negotiations professionally to optimize profits.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with Operations and Finance on the execution of customer service contracts and maintain a high standard of service level.
- Conduct market assessment and take part in the overall business development of our brands and products through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
- Follow up with clients for any outstanding payments.
- Diligently and faithfully perform such other duties and exercise the powers that have been properly assigned to or vested in you by your position in the Company.

What you will receive:
- Profit Sharing Bonus (Every quarterly, past 2 years record has always been paid out).
- Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 20 days).
- Medical Leave: 14 days.
- Transport Allowance: S$400 (For Sales Activity).

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)
- Diploma in Business, Marketing related field.
- 4 years of B2B hunting sales and marketing experience in the FMCG (consumable items) industry.
- Familiarity with local supermarkets and modern trade.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in SME and family-oriented companies and visiting clients daily.
- Experience and comfortable in conducting company events (around 4 times per year) over the weekends.
