A Chemical MNC with Global presence is hiring for Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager to focus on Plastic Chemical related sale. This position offers flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify and pursue new sales leads negotiate business deals as part of product business development.
Develop sales strategies and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Schedule meetings and perform presentations on company's plastic related chemical products with prospects
Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Meet and/or exceed quotas to contribute effectively in enhancing company's volume and revenue
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Polymer or related field
Proven experience in sales and sales management. Knowledge of Trading and Plastic resin will be added advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop strategic sales plan and decision
