Our client is a reputable distributor specializing in semiconductors and electronic components. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Maintain and grow customer base ranging from large multi-national accounts to smaller privately owned entities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Provide timely accurate demand forecasts and close-loop communications to ensure smooth support to customers
- Assist with sales budget preparations and achieve assigned sales quotas
- Keep management informed with regular reports on planned activities, account trends, economic conditions and competitive activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
- Maintain a positive mindset and aggressively follow up on all open opportunities
- Traveling for business-related activities to ASEAN countries at least once a month or more if required.

Requirements
(Must)
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or sales of electronic components
- Strong team player with the ability to perform well under pressure
(Advantageous)
- Proven track record in developing strong customer relationships
- Experience in managing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) accounts and Japanese-based customers
