Reports To: Business Manager

Job Overview

E-xclusif Medical Supply is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This position requires a person with leadership skills to drive sales and business growth, mentor a team, and foster a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team to success.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Sales Leadership

  • Drive sales growth across Singapore by identifying new opportunities and analyzing market trends
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to customers, markets, and segments
  • Exceed revenue targets through competitive proposals and effective sales execution

Team Development

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance selling capabilities and product knowledge
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational objectives

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and strengthen key client relationships while expanding into new client bases
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Tender submissions to client & updates of sales materials.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, documentation, and marketing materials
  • Track performance against KPIs to optimize business outcomes

Requirement:

  1. Education: Degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field (advanced certifications in Sales, Leadership, or Product Management are a plus).
  2. Experience: At least 8 years of proven sales experience in a leadership capacity, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment (preferably in medical supplies, healthcare, or a similar industry).
  3. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team, fostering a results-driven and cohesive team culture.
  4. Sales Expertise: Extensive knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, closing strategies, and key account management.
  5. Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute long-term sales strategies, aligning team goals with company objectives.
