Senior Sales Engineer ( Semiconductor )

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).
• To handle customer sales enquiries/complaints regarding modification/spare parts/service.
• To work with Equipment Sales Account/FSO Technical/Direct Dealing with customers for closing issues or sales matters.
• To handle customer enquiries, RFQ, make sales proposals and quotations.
• To be responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
• To liaise with customers and Japan counterparts for urgent delivery issues and any commercial sales/spec/price issues.
• To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.
• Bi-weekly/Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, and sales forecast updates (Customer account based).
• To analyze monthly sales invoices of modification/spare parts and the forecast planning (Customer account based).

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
• Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
