Senior / Sales Engineer - Generator Sets (MNC) - Boon Lay

Basic Function:

The Sales Engineer leads and develops Generator Sets sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. This role involves locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators, with the ultimate goal of achieving profitable growth by converting project pipelines into actual orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business by contacting potential customers and analyzing market strategies.
2. Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals.
3. Maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors.
4. Build and advance sales opportunity pipelines to closure.
5. Set budget forecasts and sales targets for the SEA Data Center market.
6. Provide project guidance and pricing strategy to distribution networks.
7. Identify strategic alliances to expand solutions and market reach.
8. Provide marketing and technical support to distribution partners.
9. Analyze sales and market data for senior management.
10. Promote the company's Power Systems at trade events and collaborate on marketing collateral.
11. Be the expert in Data Center power products and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3-5 years in power generation sales.
2. Proven direct and channel sales track record.
3. Results-driven with strong competitive spirit.
4. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
