Senior Sales Engineer

About The Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth by developing and managing key customer relationships, providing technical sales expertise, and identifying opportunities within the precision engineering and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machining and precision tooling, combined with a proven track record in sales and business development.

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the precision engineering sector.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in precision engineering, CNC machining, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, precision components, and industrial manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
