A German multinational corporation with history of 138 years in manufacturing of industrial pumps and system is recruiting for Senior/Sales Engineer.
Role:
Responsible of distribution management for direct users and distributors
Development of revenue of the assigned territories
Deliver Sales Target , Development plans and Implementation of strategic business plan in line of group vision and mission
Proactively developing new application and transform it to distributors
Collaborate with the Regional Team and share updates on sales forecast, budget, sales generation, business development, and related reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
Use Salesforce as forecasting tools to ensure information about prospects and clients is recorded and well-maintained and build a robust pipeline of opportunities
Support/Quote and negotiate prices, credit terms, contract agreements and other specifications as required
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in industrial product selling . Prefer but not required - if you are in air compressors, air pneumatic and vacuum pump products
Minimum degree level with a qualification in sales, marketing or engineering related disciplines
Experience in channel development and management of existing and new customer
Hands on experience and work independently
Experienced in strategic planning and execution with knowledge of negotiating and change management
Fluency in English and Chinese with command over regional languages will be an advantage
