A German multinational corporation with a history of 138 years in the manufacturing of industrial pumps and systems is recruiting for a Senior/Sales Engineer.
Role:
Responsible for distribution management for direct users and distributors.
Development of revenue in the assigned territories.
Deliver sales targets, development plans, and implementation of strategic business plans in line with group vision and mission.
Proactively develop new applications and transform them to distributors.
Collaborate with the Regional Team and share updates on sales forecasts, budgets, sales generation, business development, and related reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Use Salesforce as a forecasting tool to ensure information about prospects and clients is recorded and well-maintained, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Support, quote, and negotiate prices, credit terms, contract agreements, and other specifications as required.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in industrial product selling. Preference for experience with air compressors, air pneumatic, and vacuum pump products.
Minimum degree level qualification in sales, marketing, or engineering-related disciplines.
Experience in channel development and management of existing and new customers.
Hands-on experience and ability to work independently.
Experienced in strategic planning and execution with knowledge of negotiating and change management.
Fluency in English and Chinese, with command over regional languages being an advantage.
