Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance for a team of sales coordinators.
• Coordinate with the customer on delivery arrangements such as rescheduling requests, cancellation requests, etc.
• Work with interdepartmental teams on sales-related matters.
• Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely receipt of confirmed sales orders.
• Assist in logistics arrangements, e.g., sample/document shipping arrangements.
• Provide administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
• Prepare sales reports for the sales team.
• Process sample requests from customers.
• Maintain and regularly update customers' database to maximize customer relationship management.
• Handle and attend to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in sales administration and coordination.
• Customer service oriented.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently on challenging projects and timelines.
• Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
