Senior Sales Coordinator

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Sales Coordinator (6-Months Contract):

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
• Process customer orders and invoices, and coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate import and export shipment matters with the logistics team.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports for review by the sales manager.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals for clients.
• Manage and organize incoming inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Support the sales team by maintaining schedules, managing documents, and sharing relevant information.
• Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed.
• Organize, store, and analyze financial and non-financial data, presenting reports as required.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members when necessary.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least A-levels, College, or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision is advantageous.
• Candidates with prior experience in sales, particularly in a corporate environment, are preferred.
• Able to work for 6 months of maternity cover.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM
